Every time you decide to take a step walk in Whether you take a walk in the mountains, by the sea, or in the countryside, you are surrounded by natural polymers that give the world the features you cherish. From the shiny skins of apples, to the elasticity of reeds, to the colorful exoskeletons of shrimp swimming in the sea. The natural polymers around us are abundant, and they must be handled with care to be used without causing negative effects on the environment and the animals that live within it.

This is how the BioVolutio project was born, aimed at studying all the abundant natural polymers derived from agricultural and fishery waste, and their possible combinations to achieve truly bio-sustainable results that do not further harm nature while meeting human needs.

In this effort, Geber is committed to finding the right solution, combining its expertise in reversible vulcanization, to create various organic compounds that can be used in the footwear, construction, fashion industries, and many others. This allows large-scale production without additional environmental impact, producing bio-sustainable products.

Natural polymers

Natural polymers found in nature are vast in variety; many of them are present in the skins of fruits and vegetables and belong to the family of polysaccharides.

Versatility

The combination of these bio-polymers makes it possible to create blends with various purposes and uses across different industries, finding opportunities in the footwear, construction, fashion, accessories, and other sectors.

Reversible vulcanization

By using the mixing technique to achieve reversible vulcanization of the final product, this compound can also be vulcanized with sulfur and cross-linked with peroxide while remaining fully recyclable.
